In case, the applications are filed by the petitioners and same are pending with Respondent No.2 for issuance of Tribe Certificates, then Respondent No.2 shall decide the said applications on its own merits in accordance with law, preferably within a period of one (1) month from the date of appearance.

The petitioners shall appear before the Sub Divisional Officer - Respondent No.2 on 19.12.2019.
