In Civil Application No.14618 of 2023 for withdrawal of amount, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is undergoing treatment and now has attained the majority.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw Rs.15,00,000/- along with accrued interest thereon, as per the interest granted by the tribunal till date of deposit of amount in this court and, thereafter, as per the interest that is accrued on the deposit till date.
