Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that limited grievance is raised in the petition. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was appointed as Shikshan Sevak in a school being run by respondent No.4 society Institute in response to advertisement issued in local news paper dated 19.05.2014. The copy of the appointment order is also placed on record at Exh.B to submit that from the year 2015 the petitioner is working with respondent No.4 society. It is the further submission of the learned counsel that the proposal submitted by respondent

( 2 ) wp272.19 No.4 society for grant of approval to the petitioner is pending before respondent No.3. As such the learned counsel prayed for direction to respondent No.3 to decide the proposal. On the backdrop of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner we have gone through the material placed on record. Perusal of the copy of the proposal placed on record at Exh.D clearly shows that though the proposal is prepared by respondent No.4 institute some time in the year 2015 and the precisely on 07.12.2018 the same is submitted to the office of respondent No.3 Education Officer (Secondary), Ahmednagar after three years i.e. on 07.12.2018.

In view of the above facts, we are disposing of the petition with directions to respondent No.3 the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar to decide the proposal on its merits as early as possible.

With this direction the petition is disposed of.
