The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, the Petitioner was elected as a Member of the Gram Panchayat from 2015 to 2020, and since she was disqualified due to non-attendance of the meetings, she has challenged her disqualification before the Competent Authority. He submits that the Petitioner's term for which she was elected as a Member of the Gram Panchayat, has come to an end, and therefore nothing survives in the Petition and same may be disposed off as become infructuous.

Learned Advocate for the Respondent No. 4 and the learned AGP for the State are present.

Since the term of the Petitioner as a Member of the Gram Panchayat was for five (5) years from 2015 to 2020, the cause of action of limitation does not survive.

In view of the above, the Petition stands disposed off as infructuous.
