PER COURT :- In fact, the petition ought not to have been filed by the petitioner. This Court, under order dated 7.4.2014 in Writ Petition No.2313/2014 had directed the Committee to decide the validation proceedings pending before the committee within six months. This Court further directed that no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner on the ground of non-submission of validation certificate till the respondent committee decides the claim of the petitioner. It is submitted that claim of the petitioner is still pending with the committee. The order of this Court restraining the respondent from taking coercive action is till the committee decides the validation proceedings. It is for the committee to decide the validation proceedings as per the order of this Court. In case, if the committee has not yet decided the proceedings, it shall decide it within a period of two months from today.
