This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 158 days caused in preferring the first appeal.

The applicant/appellant is original claimant who is seeking for enhancement of compensation.

It is brought to the notice that already the Insurance Company has challenged the same award

(2) ca1857.18 in First Appeal No. 2501/2021 which is pending. 5.

Having regard to the said fact and the quantum of delay, despite objection, I find it appropriate to condone the delay since cause canvassed by both the sides can be decided together.
