The representation of the petitioner is decided. The petitioner has already filed Civil Suit bearing R.C.S. No.14 of 2013 against the respondents who are defendants in the said suit. The suit is filed for specific performance of contract. One of the grounds for dismissing the representation of the petitioner by the District Deputy Registrar is that the Civil Suit is pending. 2.

The petitioner may prosecute his Civil Suit. The petitioner may file application before the Civil Court for expeditious disposal of the said suit, which application the Civil Judge shall consider. 3.

The parties shall co-operate the Civil Court for expeditious disposal of the Civil Suit.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
