The Applicants/ original Appellants pray for issuance of notice to Respondent Nos.1 to 4 and they would have the said notice published in Marathi daily "Lokmat" at it's Aurangabad as well as Beed editions.

For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Issue notice to Respondent Nos.1 to 4 in the Second Appeal, returnable on 10.01.2018. The Applicants/ Appellants shall have the notice published in Marathi daily "Lokmat" at it's Aurangabad and Beed editions on or before 31.12.2017.
