Seen the order made on 14.10.2020. Today, Advocate Mr B.R. Sable holding for Advocate Mr Gunale is present. He seeks time. Today, he produced on record one application for permission to amend the proceeding. He wants to add relief of quashing of case itself.

The present proceeding was filed for quashing of F.I.R. and it was filed on 14.9.2017. The record shows that charge-sheet came to be filed on 27.12.2017, but till today no step was taken to amend the proceeding. After filing of the proceeding, no interest was shown to prosecute the matter and circulation was not obtained, even for getting the first order like notice. Many such matters are pending in this Court and the present matter came before this Court only due to specific order made by this Court to list all such matters. It is nothing but the abuse of process of Court.

This Court holds that the writ jurisdiction cannot be exercised. So, the present Criminal Writ Petition stands dismissed.
