It appears that the petitioner who is a Special Recovery Officer appointed on a co-operative bank, is seeking direction to the respondent no. 1 before whom several revision applications filed by the borrowers are pending since 2019, to decide those expeditiously. 2.

Though there are certain other prayers, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the respondent no. 1 is directed to decide the revision applications expeditiously.

We dispose of the petition by directing the respondent no. 1 to decide revision petitions mentioned in prayer clause (B) as

All other issues are kept open.
