Having considered the submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the impugned Judgment, I deem it appropriate to permit the applicants to withdraw 50% amount deposited by the Acquiring Body on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.
