{2} CA 658.19 & ors for the applicants tendered across the bar, order passed by this Court in Civil Application No.495/2019 in First Appeal No.3674/2018 with connected matters and prayed for passing appropriate order. The learned AGP has submitted for passing appropriate order. In view of the submissions made, following order is passed:-
ORDER
(I) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the Acquiring Body on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court. (II) Civil applications for withdrawal of the amount stand disposed of.
