The petitioner is seeking correction of the staffing pattern already approved on the ground that it is not in accordance with rule 9 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that though there are several other prayers, the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is given to respondents nos. 2 and 4, to consider the proposal already forwarded by the petitioner dated 09-11-2023 (Exhibit 'B'). 3.

We dispose of the petition by directing respondents no. 2 and 4 to consider the proposal of petitioner (Exhibit B) on its own
