Mr Sontakke, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he would restrict his prayer to the extent of prayer clause (B) and at present would not press prayer clause (A).

Respondent no.3 shall take decision on the representation of the petitioner (Exh.'H' Page-28) on its own merits, in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within three months. The petitioner is entitled to represent himself before respondent no.3 and point out the orders of this Court.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
