1] Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

2] The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.362/2023, registered at Satara Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 324, 504, 506, 323 and 34 of I.P.C.

2 941 3] This court by interim order dated 08.12.2023 protected the applicant no.3 and, thereafter, by interim order dated 07.02.2024, protected all the applicants.

4] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the parties have settled their dispute, so also, they have cooperated with the investigation and the charge-sheet is also filed in the matter. 5] Considering the nature of allegations and the settlement between the parties, no further custodial interrogation would be necessary. The interim protection granted earlier would stand confirmed.

6] In view of the above, the interim protection granted by orders dated 08.12.2023 and 07.02.2024 stands confirmed, on the following terms:

i] The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. They shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. ii] The applicants shall co-operate in the proceedings before the trial Court.

7] In the event, the applicants violate any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 8] It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application

3 941 and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove. 9] The Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of. 10] In view of disposal of the anticipatory bail application, Criminal Application No.16 of 2024 for assist to public prosecutor is also disposed of.
