Learned Advocate Mr.Mukhedkar made a statement, on instructions, that after fling of the present proceeding the husband and wife settled the dispute and obtained divorce by mutual consent. He submits that after settlement a criminal case, which was fled in present Crime, was also disposed of and the present applicants came to be acquitted.

In view of above statement, it is presumed that the present proceeding has become infructuous. Hence disposed of.
