The learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners are non-tribal and are posted in tribal areas. In the posting order assurance is given that whenever tribal candidates are available, the tribal candidates would be posted in tribal areas and petitioners would be posted in non-tribal areas. There are 42 vacant posts. However, respondents are not abiding by the assurance given.

Mr. Pawar, learned counsel for Zilla Parishad submits that the another assurance is given in the posting order is that during the general transfer, the case of petitioners would be considered.

The case of the petitioners for transfer to non-tribal areas shall be considered by the respondents during the general transfer in 2019 on its own merits.

With these observations, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
