ORDER
(22nd March, 2025) 1.
Parties have settled the disputes. Both the parties filed terms of compromise on record, which is marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification. The same are duly signed by the parties and their respective Advocates. Claimants are present before this panel and they confirm the contents of the settlement. They accept the same to be voluntary.

Having regard to the facts of the case, terms of settlement are reasonable and hence, deserves to be accepted. Learned Counsel for Insurer undertakes to deposit sum of Rs. 3,50,000/- before Tribunal within a 109-FA-2664-2019.odt
period of six weeks.
Learned Counsel for Appellant/Claimant seeks withdrawal of the said amount. Learned Counsel for Insurer records no objection for the same. Tribunal to permit withdrawal of the amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- by the Claimants.

In view of above, Appeal stands disposed of.
4.
The Court Fee Refund Certificate be issued as per the Rules.

The Civil Application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
6.
The award/decree be drawn up in terms of compromise.

No order as to costs.
