The appeal filed by the applicants/original defendant Nos.1 and 2 challenging the judgment and decree dated 14.11.2018 passed by Adhoc District Judge-4 Ahmednagar in RCA No.187 of 2016, thereby quashing and setting aside the judgment and decree dated 29.04.2016 passed by the CJJD, Rahuri in RCS No.136 of 2006, is admitted, as substantial questions of law involve in the appeal.

By this application, the appellants have sought stay to the execution and implementation of judgment and decree dated 14.11.2018 passed by the Adhoc District

( 2 ) ca7281.19 Judge-4, Ahmednagar, in RCA No.187 of 2016 pending hearing and final disposal of Second Appeal.

Considering the fact that said Second Appeal is admitted, contentions in the application and submissions of learned counsel appearing for the appellants, the execution and implementation of judgment and order dated 14.11.2018 in RCA No.187 of 2016 is stayed in terms of prayer clause (B) till hearing and final disposal of this appeal.

Application is thus disposed of.
