Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent/State.

The applicant is obediently following the bail condition "not to enter in Gaothan area of village Nagasingi and agriculture land of the informant and injured till the disposal of the case or further order of this Court, whichever is earlier". 3.

Considering his conduct and no violation of the bail conditions, bail condition No.2(a) in Criminal Misc. Application No.271 of 2021 by order dated 15.06.2023 has been modified. Condition "not to enter in Gaothan area" has been relaxed and rest of the conditions should continue till the trial is concluded.
