While first appeals at the instance of respondents were pending, for withdrawal of award amount by the claimants, bank guarantee had been directed.

First appeals since been dismissed in July, 2019, we deem it expedient that the civil applications seeking release of bank guarantee furnished by the applicants pursuant to order dated 5th July, 2013 be granted.

As such, civil applications are granted in terms of prayer clause "B" and are disposed of.
