The petitioners have prayed that the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies be directed to decide the pending representation of the petitioners dated 20/08/2015 in his capacity as an "Administrator" or issue necessary directions through the said Assistant Registrar to respondent No.2 for the said purpose. In the alternative, it is submitted that this Court may issue necessary directions for transferring the Share Certificate and Plot No.3 with an allotment certificate in favour of the petitioners as they are the legal heirs and successors of deceased member Keshav Sitaram Athavale, who is a share holder and an allottee of Plot No.3. 2.

Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that since fresh elections have taken place and the newly elected office bearers have khs/FEB.2018/1416-d

been installed with respondent No.2, the Assistant Registrar would communicate the directions of this Court to the said Society to take a decision on the petitioners' pending application. 3.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed of by directing the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Nanded to appropriately advise the newly elected body of the concerned Cooperative Society to decide the application of these petitioners dated 20/08/2015 expeditiously and preferably on or before 15/04/2018 after hearing the petitioner, if so required.
