In the appeal preferred by the acquiring body, one of the three claimants Saraswati Anandrao Tanpure had died on 25.01.2014 but still remaining claimants and the appellant acquiring body entered into a compromise before the Lok Adalat on 13.07.2019 and a liberty was granted to the original claimants to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased Sararswatibai.

Now by way of this application, the two daughters of Saraswatibai are seeking to come on record as her legal representatives. The learned advocate for the original claimants places on record a copy of the record of right to prima facie demonstrate that the proposed Legal representatives are the daughters of the deceased Saraswatibai in whose 1/2

20.CA.14846.19.odt names the lands also have been mutated. Though the application has been filed by the claimants who are already on the record, they have given Vakalatnama in the name of the learned advocate Mr. Temkar for the claimants.
