20.08.2019 P.C. :- The contention of the petitioner is that the salary is not paid to the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. 2.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that the committee would decide the validation proceeding within two months. 3.

The management shall submit the salary bills of the petitioner with respondent no.2. The respondent no.2 shall process the salary bills within a period of two months and disbursement of the salary shall be in consonance with the judgment of the committee in the validation proceeding.
