The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided division is pending since 2013. The same is not decided. 2.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided division (page no. 11) is pending with respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today. 3.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
