Present applications have been filed by the original claimants for getting the delay of 292 days condoned in filing first appeals. They want to challenge the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court for enhancement. Learned AGP as well as learned Advocate appearing for acquiring body have strong objection to allow the applications. However, taking into consideration the fact that the applicants are the farmers, coming from rural area and their land has been acquired, lenient view is taken and therefore, delay stands condoned.

Civil Applications stand allowed and disposed of accordingly.

It is clarified that the claimants will not be entitled to get the interest of 292 days in case of success in their appeals. 4.
