CORAM :
S.V. GANGAPURWALA AND MANGESH S. PATIL, JJ.
DATE :
14th June, 2019 PER COURT :- 1.
Mr. Chavan, the learned counsel submits that in fact Writ Petition No.8641 of 2018 was heard. However, as he was appearing in Writ Petition No.8631 of 2018, also the order by mistake is passed in both the Writ Petitions. Even the facts narrated in the order is of Writ Petition No.8641 of 2018. We have also heard the learned AGP. Mr. Nawander, the learned counsel submits that as no notice was issued, there was no occasion for the University to appear.
2.
Considering the order passed, it appears that the Writ Petition No.8631 of 2018 was not subject matter of
928-ra.61-19.odt consideration before the Court but as the same advocate appeared in both the Writ Petitions, the order was carried out in Writ Petition No.8631 of 2018 also.
3.
In light of the above, the order dated 18.09.2018 is recalled to the extent of Writ Petition No.8631 of 2018. Writ Petition No.8631 of 2018 is restored to its original position. 4.
Civil Application is disposed of.
