Mr. Jadhavar, the learned counsel for petitioners states that, the respondents have miserably failed to comply the order of this Court initially passed in writ petition and thereafter in contempt petition. The contempt petition filed for not honoring the order passed in the writ petition was disposed off upon statement of the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the hearing is kept on 07.11.2017 and this court directed to decide the

( 2 ) cp 748.17 proceedings by end of November 2017. The same is not decided. After the learned A. G. P. made a submission that, the appeals are decided, the applicants approached the Committee, filed applications for getting the copies of the order, but were not given the copies of the order. 2.

The learned Addl. G. P. submits that copies of orders were sent by R.P.A.D to the petitioners, but the petitioners except one refused to accept the envelopes containing copies of orders.

The appeals now stand decided in the month of December - 2017 and first week of January 2018. The learned Addl. G. P. has produced the envelopes showing the orders being sent and the same being refused. We have perused and returned back the envelops to the learned Addl. G. P. 4.

Be that as it may, we may not enter into the said debate and detain ourselves. The petitioners, if they apply, shall be given the copies of the orders by the Committee immediately. With these observations the contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.
