Heard the learned Advocate representing the respective parties. 2.

The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that although the appeals are settled, there is no final order passed for withdrawal of appeal. 3.

The present application is filed for withdrawal of amount in terms of the order passed in Lok-Adalat dated 12/11/2022. The learned Advocate for the Acquiring Body has not disputed this position. 4.

In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount as per order passed in Lok-Adalat dated 12/11/2022 in FA/3005 of 2021 along with connected matters.

Balance amount, if any, to be remitted back to the Acquiring Body. 6.
