The only prayer put forth by the Petitioner is that, Respondent No.2/Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar, should take an expeditious decision on the pending proposal, dated 29/12/2022, tendered to his office by Respondent No.3/Management, for seeking approval to her appointment on compassionate basis as a 'Shikshan Sevak'.

Considering that the Petitioner is a compassionate appointee, we do not want to keep this proceeding pending. The

15462.23wp (2) Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed off, with a direction to Respondent No.2/Education Officer to decide the proposal of the Petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of 45 days from today.
