The Applicant-Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust Shirdi has put forth prayer Clause 'B', which reads as under:- "B.

This Hon'ble Court may kindly grant permission to implement Resolution No.475 dtd. 25.07.2023 passed by the Ld. Ad-hoc Committee pursuant to which the learned Ad-hoc Committee has given its approval for electrification work at the Sai Palkhi Niwara Building "B" consisting of 64 Rooms used by the Applicant Sansthan by way of E-Tender process for which an estimated cost of Rs.1,68,50,635/- will be incurred."

We have perused Resolution No.475, which is approved by the learned Principal District Judge, Chairman of the Ad-hoc Committee.

In view of the above, this application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause 'B'.
