P. C. :- 1] From bare reading of pleadings in the petition and arguments advanced by learned counsel for petitioner, it undoubtedly appears that, numerous disputed questions of fact have been raised by the petitioners herein.

2] It appears from record that, though respondent No.2 by its letter dated 2nd June, 2018 , had pointed out the deficiencies at the behest of the petitioners, they instead of clearing the same have directly rushed to this court. Perusal of the impugned communication dated 2.6.2018 clearly indicates that, petitioners instead of cooperating with the said Cooperative Society, in which houses to the petitioners were allotted, have adopted non-cooperation and have lodged numerous complaints with all possible Government authorities. Even otherwise, pleadings in the petition clearly indicates that disputed questions of facts have been raised by the petitioners.

3] In view thereof, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition and same is accordingly dismissed in limine. [S.G. MEHARE] [A.S. GADKARI] JUDGE JUDGE.
