The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petition is filed on 6.12.2019, raising the grievance of non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 26.8.2019 passed in Writ Petition no.13245 of 2018, the subsequent events occurred namely filing of an application before this Court for extension of time through the respondents and an order being passed by this Court allowing the application, extending the period further by three months, is an admitted position.

In view of the facts which are admitted by the Counsel for the petitioner himself, nothing survives in the contempt petition. 3.
