The Applicant-Sansthan has put-forth prayer clause-B as under: "(B) This Hon'ble Court may kindly grant permission to implement implement the Circulatory Resolution dtd.28.10.2023 passed by the Ld. Ad-hoc Committee pursuant to which the learned Ad-hoc Committee has given its approval for setting up the counter for distribution of 'Free Darshan Passes' to the Devotees for which an estimated cost of Rs.62,28,000/- (One Time) is estimated to be incurred for purchase of Machinery and cost of Rs.72,34,665/- (Per Year) for the purpose of maintenance & working of machinery and wages to the Out-sourced Employees."

We are told that the learned Principal District Judge, Ahmednagar who is the Chairman of the Ad-hoc Committee of the Sansthan, has approved the Circulatory Resolution dated 28.10.2023.

In view of the above, the Civil Application is partly allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.
