The Applicant-Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust Shirdi has put forth prayer Clause 'B', which reads as under:- "B.

This Hon'ble Court may kindly grant permission to implement Resolution No.618 dtd. 25.09.2023 passed by the Ld. Ad-hoc Committee pursuant to which the learned Ad-hoc Committee has given its approval for Replacement of the Old Solar Steam Cooking System with the New Solar Steam Cooking System by availing the buy-back scheme by taking requisite permission from State Government for Shree Sai Prasadalay, for which an estimated cost of Rs.4.5 Crores is expected."

We have perused Resolution No.618, which is approved by the learned Principal District Judge, Chairman of the Ad-hoc Committee.

In view of the above, this application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause 'B'.
