The Applicant-Sansthan has put-forth prayer clause-B as under: "(B) This Hon'ble Court may kindly grant permission to implement Resolution No.617 r/w Resolution No.673 passed by learned Ad-hoc Committee dated 25.09.2023 pursuant to which the Applicant may be permitted to call for E-Tenders for House Keeping and Gardening by way of Outsourcing along-with equipment at the New Darshan Line / Queue Complex for which an estimaed cost yearly is of Rs. 3,77,18,000/-"

It is informed that the learned Principal District Judge, Ahmednagar who is the Chairman of the Ad-hoc Committee of the Sansthan, has approved the Resolution No.617 read with Resolution No.673.
