Heard Mrs.A.N.Ansari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

In response to the notice issued to respondent No.2, learned counsel for respondent No.2 placed on record a communication received by the counsel, which is forwarded through Chief Ofcer of Municipal Council, Udgir. A tabular statement is made in the communication wherein various heads are referred to and against those heads, the amounts are mentioned and the total amount is Rs.5,68,142/-. It is submitted in the communication that the amount to the tune of Rs.5,68,142 is disbursed to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the aforesaid communication, learned counsel for the petitioner is fair enough to submit that the communication takes care of the grievance of the petitioner and there is redressal of the grievance of the petitioner and nothing survives in the petition.
