Heard. These applications are filed for condonation of delay of 2289 days caused in filing the appeals. The applications are preferred by the claimants/original owners of the lands, which are acquired. For the reasons stated in the applications, this Court is inclined to allowed the applications with certain conditions. Hence, following order :- i) The applications are allowed.

ii) The delay caused in filing the appeals stands condoned. iii) It is made clear that the applicants shall not be entitled to receive interest on the enhanced amount in case appeals are allowed.
