The petitioner has made following prayers in the petition: "A.

The Writ Petition may kindly be allowed;

By issuing appropriate Writ, Order or Directions in like nature, the Respondents particularly the respondent No.2 may kindly be directed to exclude the District Hospital, Hingoli, Women Hospital, Vasmat, Sub-District Hospital, Kalamnuri, Sub District Hospital, Vasmat and Rural Hospital at Aundha Nagnath, Sengaon and Akhada Balapur from the impugned Tender No. E-10 / CHS / PC / Mechanized Cleaning Services / 23-24. C.

Pending hearing and final disposal of this Writ Petition, the Tender No.E-10 issued by the Respondent No. 2 for mechanised cleaning services in Hospitals and primary health care centres may kindly be stayed and suspended to the extent of the District Hospital, Hingoli, Women Hospital, Vasmat, Sub-District Hospital, Kalamnuri, Sub District Hospital, Vasmat and Rural Hospital at Aundha Nagnath, Sengaon and Akhada Balapur.

Ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause ' C' may kindly be granted.

Any other suitable and equitable relief for which the Petitioners are entitled may kindly be granted in the interest of justice."

Heard both the sides.

The learned AGP placed on record the communication received by him dated 08.12.2023 from Joint Director, Health Services. The exact minutes of the pre-bid meeting dated 30.11.2023 have been reproduced in that communication, which read as under: "Existing service providers who are already providing cleaning services in Hospitals will continue till the end of their tenure and the new service provider shall take over after earlier service providers contract period is over."
