Mr. Kadam, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application of the petitioner for Sanch Manyata is pending before the Education Ofcer, though the applications, are fled from time to time. The last application is fled on 30.04.2019. 2.

Learned advocate for Respondent-Zilla Parishad submits that the Education Ofcer would forward the proposal to the Deputy Director of Education. Learned AGP and learned advocate for Rrespondent-Zilla Parishad submit that the Deputy Director of Education has to take decision on the proposal with regard to Sanch Manyata.

The Education Ofcer shall forward the proposal of the petitioner (Page No. 31) for Sanch Manyata within two months to the Deputy Director of Education. The Deputy Director of Education, on receipt of the same, shall take decision within three months.

With the above directions writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
