This is an Application for condonation of delay along with Criminal Appeal against the conviction.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant / Appellant submits that he was appointed through legal aid and accordingly, he has preferred a Criminal Appeal along with this Application for condonation of delay, however, the convict has engaged a private Advocate on his own and he has filed the separate Appeal. He submits that this Application and Appeal may be disposed of in view of supervening events.
