This Court does not find that any case is made out to issue any direction to the Caste Scrutiny Committee. The first proposal is submitted on 26th June 2025. Last proposal is submitted on 14th November 2025, and immediately thereafter, the petitioners have approached this Court.

We hardly find any justification for approaching this Court so early. Petition, therefore, stands dismissed.

It is open for the petitioners to pursue the proceeding before Caste Scrutiny Committee as early as possible.
