Applicants are seeking permission to receive amount of Rs. 5,26,137/- and Rs. 2,97,135/- deposited by the respondent - acquiring body in both matters. The acquisition is of the house properties.

Considering overall circumstances, it would be proper to permit the applicants to receive the amount by imposing certain conditions.

Both civil applications are allowed partly permitting the applicants to receive 75% of the amount deposited with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and 25% of the amount deposited on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The civil applications are disposed of.
