1] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that office note shows that the petitioner has not availed remedy before the Sessions Judge. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner will approach to the Sessions Court, but, the delay, if any, caused in filing the revision be condoned.

2] I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. As the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition against the impugned order, the petitioner is committed to file appropriate proceedings before the Sessions Court. Due to pendency of this Writ Petition, delay, if any, caused in filing the proceedings before the Sessions Court be condoned.
