Applicants are seeking withdrawal of amount of Rs. 54,20,660/- deposited by the respondent - acquiring body. In the similarly situated matters claimants were permitted to receive 75% of the amount deposited on furnishing undertaking. 2.

I find no difficulty in permitting the applicants to receive 75% of the amount deposited with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Remaining amount shall be invested in any nationalized bank. The civil application stands disposed of. 3.

The applicant - claimant shall be at liberty to withdraw the execution petition for partial satisfaction for being satisfied
