The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that against the minor punishment imposed upon the petitioner by the management, the petitioner has filed an appeal under Rule 29 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Condition of Services) Rules before respondent no.3. The same is not yet decided by respondent no.3. 3.

In case the appeal is filed by the petitioner with respondent no.3 against the minor punishment and if the same is pending, respondent no.3 shall decide the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today. 4.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
