There is innocuous prayer in the petition in as much as direction is sought to respondent No.3 to decide the representation filed by the petitioner on 07.11.2017 on its own merits within stipulated period. Hence the following order:

We direct respondent No.3 to decide the representation filed by the petitioner on 07.11.2017 (Exh.F Page NO.32), if already not decided, on its own merits, keeping in view the relevant provisions of the M.L.R. Code and

( 2 ) wp1266.18 procedure thereunder and after adhering to the principles of natural justice, as expeditiously as possible however, within 10 weeks from today. ii.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
