By way of present application, applicant seeks condonation of delay of 577 days caused in filing the appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 22.02.2017 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nanded in M.A.C.P. No. 103 of 2013. 3.
Mr. Nagarkar, learned advocate appearing for the applicant invites attention of this Court to para Nos. 3 to 6 of the civil application and submits that sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay.

Inspite of service of notice of this application, none appears

Having considered the submissions advanced and reasons as stated in para Nos. 3 to 6 of the civil application, the case is made out to condone the delay. The civil application is allowed.
