In case the petitioner is similarly situated as the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 9710 of 2018 and if the communication is received from the Joint Secretary, State of Maharashtra that within three months upon the lapse of code of conduct decision would be taken with regard to the grant in aid of the petitioner-society then in that case the respondents shall take decision with regard to the grant in aid to the petitioner within three (3) months.
