Mr. Thombre, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is seeking directions to grant permission to admit students for R.G.N.M. course for the academic year 2018-2019.

Mr. Jadhav, the learned advocate for the respondent No. 2 submits that, the case of the petitioner would be considered for the academic year 2018-2019 in accordance with judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 11260 of 2017 dated 09.10.2017.
